At Crain, they were actually open late, which we had almost just left to come back later but decided to stay. Chance came out, wasn’t your typical saleman. He was there if we needed, answered questions and offered options based on listening to first. We were buying two cars, one for my wife and one was my 16 year hold daughter’s first car. What I liked about Chance, was that he knew I was the one writing the check but my wife and daughter were the ones who was going to do the buying. He catered his assistance and help to them. Making sure to listen to each of them and what they wanted. Too many salesman want to only deal with men, he made sure to deal with both of them directly. That is what sold me instantly. Not only did he do a great job helping them pick out a car, he didn’t pressure us into getting our phone number when we left to continue checking out other cars. All things being equal, our decision came down to buying from Chance, not car options, pricing or brand of car, it was Chance. We are now lifelong Crain customers because he did the right thing in the right way. More
