My experience at Crain It took over a month to receive the necessary paperwork to register and pay taxes for the vehicle. I'd contacted the dealership multiple times via pho It took over a month to receive the necessary paperwork to register and pay taxes for the vehicle. I'd contacted the dealership multiple times via phone and text. Each time I'm told not to worry the paperwork is in the mail. At one point I was told that Finance would call me first thing the next day. They never called... When I called Finance I was told that the paperwork had left the home office and was on the way. Several days later I checked with the general manager and he confirmed that there wasn't any record of finance checking on my paperwork and it didn't look like the paperwork had been mailed. Instead of simply telling me that my paperwork had been delayed which would have been completely acceptable, the individual in finance said that it was on the way. When the paperwork did arrive, the date stamp was several days after the date finance had given. I love the new Tucson, and was actually considering purchasing a Santa Fe for my wife.. but I'm concerned with the lack of respect finance had for their customers time after the sale. The Manager that I spoke with was very professional and was able to redeem the entire process to an extent. I would consider purchasing from Crain again, Darren in Sales was great, the overall buying experience was good and the entire team chipped in to help when he wasn't there. Terry was great as well,he helped with the ins and outs of the vehicle and arranged to have the windows tinted the first week. Unfortunately I would be a little hesitant to work with the same individual in finance again. Thank you, ---Updated Aug 2016--- I'd thought this issue was resolved. After the issue I'd had earlier this year, I'd met with the general manager who apologized and said he would address the issues with his team members and had promised additional oil changes as a way of making amends. As a result of that meeting I'd changed my rating from "would not recommend" to "recommend". During a recent service, I was informed that there was no record of this in my account.. Unbelievable. I'm not sure if this was simply a mistake or if the dealership is in the habit of not honoring what was promised.. I was in the office while he keyed the info on his pc. I ask the service department to please verify with Terry, but they would only call the sales person.. who would not come the service department. Please Be sure to get everything in writing with dealing with Crain of Bentonville. Unfortunately I'm forced to remove my recommendation. More

Some idiot hit me and my baby girl (car) like a month ago in a 4 car collision......I had just made the 12th payment........SERIOUSLY! Darren was right there by my side the whole way thru my panic!!!! He got me in a new RED veloster in a month as if I never had ANY accident.....WHO DOES THAT? Darren Andrews makes ""stuff happen""! Windows tinted today.....she is so beautiful and he DID IT ALL! He is always available for any flat tire, oil change and loaner car......you can't go wrong with this man! The WHOLE TEAM at the dealership is LOYAL to you ALWAYS!" More
