The General Sales Manager (Robert Dresher) presented a "no haggle" price which compared with pricing we found on the web. We were offered a choice of financing plans and were able to chose a plan that matched our planned budget. Greg Ward (Business Manager) presented us with service plans without the high pressure tactics we've experienced at other Dealerships. We set-up our first service appointment with Tim Doran (Service Advisor) who was very helpful with explaining the first service is complimentary which we appreciate. More

I've never had so much trouble. I was told by the good folks at the Hyundai financing survey if I didn't get them all the information they wanted they would not be able to finance the car. Really? So you're letting me drive a car that you might not sell me? Fine. At this point the car isn't worth what I've put up with the past week. I would never recommend anyone i know do business with Hyundai and will do my best to steer them away. More
