They did not have one on the lot, but the Sales Associate Henry Hodge-Bey and the Sales Manager were able to locate one in a nearby city. They printed out the window sticker for my review, we negotiated the sale price, and they had it ready for me later that afternoon. We went back at the agreed upon time and they had it already detailed and ready for us to pick up. Couldn't have gone much smother! Haven't had it long enough to try out the service dept. yet... Better than I could have hoped for! I just completed one of the best car purchase experiences of my life! It’s been a long time since I put myself in a new car, but Crain Ford was wonde I just completed one of the best car purchase experiences of my life! It’s been a long time since I put myself in a new car, but Crain Ford was wonderful! Jeff “fa-fa” Johnson was my sales rep and he was amazing! No pressure, he listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He worked to find me several options and he found just what I was looking for! What I loved about Jeff “fa-fa” was his attentiveness without being pushy. The service team is outstanding! I bought pre-owned so there were a few minor things they were taking care of. AFTER the deal was made and the ink dried, while they were completing the agreed upon issues, they found another costly issue and just took care of it! No added cost! They could have easily let it go and I would not have found it till later at which time the cost would have been mine. Who does that?! Good guys do that! Reputable companies do that! Ford Crain does that! Whether you are looking for a Ford or some other brand, you owe it to yourself to check with them first! Give Jeff “fa-fa” Johnson a call, you won’t be sorry! More

Tire pressure Monitor. I have had my F-150 Lariat in 5 times for the tireprssure monitor which still goes off all the time for no reason. I guess they are not meant to work, after paying $60000 for a vehicle I would think everything should work as it is meant to be. If crain can't fix it I would think they would go to Ford and find out what to do instead of just saying that should fix it. I am tired of taking it back as I live in Benton and wasting the whole day. More

I purchased a brand new 2018 expedition in January, I was told on the phone that it was a 4x4 and had everything I was lo Horrible customer service!!! I purchased a brand new 2018 expedition in January, I was told on the phone that it was a 4x4 and had everything I was looking for, so I drove nearly 6hrs to this dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was not 4x4 and did not have the features I asked for, we ended up buying the car anyway, paid full sticker price (don’t try to get a good deal here, it’s not going to happen), we were told that we would get 1 free oil change but since we lived out of state they would mail us a check for $50 to cover the cost of our first oil change, still have not received that. I have called several times, I was first told that it was sent, then I was told that I needed to fill out a second customer survey before they would send it, I did as I was asked and completed it, STILL never received it! No one from the dealership will return my calls, I am contacting Ford to let them know the poor service this dealership offers its customers. Trust me when I tell you, you do NOT want to give them your business, you will regret it! More
