A dealership that lies straight to your face! So I called to get a known issue fixed on my f 150 they told me it would be 3 weeks to get a spot opened to do the work and that they would call me to So I called to get a known issue fixed on my f 150 they told me it would be 3 weeks to get a spot opened to do the work and that they would call me to get it in. They called 3 weeks later said they have a spot and that they had a loaner car for me to use. So I brought my truck down on a Tuesday they said we will have to done Friday no problem. Well that was lie 1. Well Thursday rolls around not a single call from them letting me know the progress so my wife calls for me because I can't get a hold of anyone or a call back. The service person we are dealing with was rude condescending and just plain arrogant with her on the phone and straight up lied to her claiming he told me it would be another 2 to 3 weeks before they could even get to my truck! So I call down there to get some answers and he basically lies to me about what is going on. He told me that they were waiting on ford for approval to work on my truck. Lie number 2 I called ford corporate to get them involved after he was rude and basically lied to me and my wife. Ford claimed with that issue their was no approval needed. So I go into crain ford that sat to confront the service person we are working with and he said hey good news ford approved the work we are just waiting on parts now! My blood is now boiling at this point because I was told they parts were there and they were ready to work on it! Well that was lie 3 they keep those parts in stock as I called down there to see what the service guy I was working with would say! He refused to take my calls at this point and I finally go back down there the next sat to find out what's going on. Now mind you they have had my truck at the dealership for 2 weeks and I waited 3 weeks to get in to get it fixed! So we are 5 weeks in at this point I find out when I go in that my truck has not even been started and that they were not even going to get to it till the following week possibly! And that the service guy I was working with is no longer there! SSo I am livid at this point they tell me they will try to get it done sooner but they can promise anything and I am now going to have to pick my truck up and take it to another dealership to get it fixed! And the best part is they wanted me to give them 5 stars for their review I was like are you freaking serious?? Dont ever use crain for anything ever! And dont even get me started with their sales staff and finance manager! More

POOR MANAGEMENT, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! My 19 yr old son put $1000 down on a 2017 Charger from Crain Ford on 3/30. On 5/8 *** 6 WEEKS AFTER BUYING THE CAR*** the manager TEXTS him to tell him that they were unable to get the loan to go through and to bring the car back. A grown man TEXTS a 19 year old kid to tell him to bring back the car that he has wanted since before he could drive. What a coward!! My son tried to contact the manager several times via phone calls and text to see when to bring the car back as we live an hour and a half away and he never responded. He admitted to ignoring him when confronted about it. We brought the car back on 5/11 and still had to wait nearly an hour for a letter to file with the State to see if the sales tax can be refunded and NO check for the $1000 down payment. They knew we were coming on Saturday three days in advance. The manager stated that it would be mailed first thing on Monday, May 13, and as of Friday, May 17, we still have not received the down payment back. Worst Experience Ever I originally purchased a used Jeep from them, however, it has some major issues. They offer a 100 hour 100 mile "love it or leave it" policy.
