Outstanding Service!!! I recently bought a SUV from Crain Ford in Little Rock with the help of an amazing salesperson named Henry. I had tried multiple other dealerships wit I recently bought a SUV from Crain Ford in Little Rock with the help of an amazing salesperson named Henry. I had tried multiple other dealerships with no luck and the constant changing of minds that I felt that I was never going to be able to purchase a car. Henry went above and beyond anything that I could ever imagine. Not only did he do everything in his power to get me into a vehicle but he went as far as picking us up from our house, taking me to work, and then dropping my mom off at the dealership so that we could get a loaner car since we were promised things would be finished prior to that day due to us not having a car at the time. I have never had anyone treat us with such respect and stayed true to their word when purchasing a car in the past. I will continue to buy future cars from Henry and I am so grateful and blessed that I decided to give it another go after losing all hope. I feel that Henry deserves so much due to his amazing customer service and I feel that others can learn from his ways.
