Very clean and comfortable waiting room. Friendly, professional staff. Great service. I made an appointment for 9:00 am but it still took 2-1/2,hours. Great deal on preowned SUV Sales Dept was great and financial Dept also. The only problem I had was no card in car to change the numbers on the door to open the SUV.When I calle Sales Dept was great and financial Dept also. The only problem I had was no card in car to change the numbers on the door to open the SUV.When I called and told. My salesman i was told I could take it to a ford dealer and pay to have it changed. Do not feel like it is my responsibility to do this. The sales person told me there was a card with the factory number I could use to change it and there wasn’t a card in the car. I feel like the dealer should have taken care of this for me without a cost on my part. More

Big John is worth it We worked with Big John. We came from out of town and he made the experience very easy. They had to go get the vehicle. Once it got to the store he se We worked with Big John. We came from out of town and he made the experience very easy. They had to go get the vehicle. Once it got to the store he sent us a video of the SUV with him walking around it. My daughter (2 years old), saw him and "SANTA!!!!". When we got to the dealership the next day, he played the Santa role the whole time we were there and even gave our daughter an Elsa doll, which she fell asleep with on the way home. Great guy and if we need a vehicle again and they have what we are looking for, we'll make that 6 hour ride again to see him. Hope to see you come down for an LSU game More
Terrible Service Experience I took my truck in a couple weeks ago for an oil change, flush, rotate/balance, and an alignment. My truck was there all day, but they didn't complete I took my truck in a couple weeks ago for an oil change, flush, rotate/balance, and an alignment. My truck was there all day, but they didn't complete the alignment. The alignment was already written up in my service paperwork, so I paid for it with the advice to bring it back any day to get the alignment completed. I called another day and was told I could bring it in for the alignment, so I brought it in before 8:00. My truck was there all day, and they still didn't complete the alignment. The service guys were nice enough, but I couldn't get any answer as to why the service wasn't performed. I requested a refund for the service and left. I was told the service manager would call me. He did. I tried to return his call a couple times, but I haven't been in touch with him. I guess I learned my lesson about using Crain Ford of Little Rock. More

Worst dealership I have ever encountered. I have called 3 times since we left and still have issues waiting on a call that I still haven't recieved from any manager. Sales person cant transfer me to one and times since we left and still have issues waiting on a call that I still haven't recieved from any manager. Sales person cant transfer me to one and have left my name and number 2 times and still haven't gotten a call. Really dont think these people care about their customers. I would drive back to the store but I'm 2 hours away but I still may have to. More
