Sales person was nice and professional. But the rest of experience and truck service was shady and horrible. Wipers broke. Oil pan stripped out by the service Dept. Oil leaking everywhere. Put in service Dept on the way home from purchase. Was ignored and put off. Couldn’t drive the truck for a week of it being in service Dept. Cost 1880.00 to fix it. And was still ignored. Have the text to prove it as well. Also proof they made over 3800 in profit but told me they couldn’t pay to detail it Bc they were losing money. More

Lost my work order for a week, all at the same time telling me they had order parts, never called back when they said they would, calling the service department may take you 10 minutes for a human to answer the phone, it just keeps looping you around with advertisements on how good their service is going to be when you buy a vehicle from them. I have pulled all the Crain Stickers off my vehicle and licenses plate holders because they are absolutely the worst. This is just half the story... RUN. More
