Had some recalls done on our 2021 ford f150 rocky Ridge. If I could give less than one star I would, absolutely shady dealership, they sold me a car and said everything worked on it, within the first 30 days the air went out, I took it to them and they treated shady dealership, they sold me a car and said everything worked on it, within the first 30 days the air went out, I took it to them and they treated me like I was stupid and said I didn’t have it turned on, they did something temporarily to make it work kind of, I just took it back again for the same reason and they said the air isn’t working, no kidding, and now they’re charging me $500 on a deductible, he said I should’ve brought it back before, I did and they sent me out the door and said it was fine, knowing it wasn’t, and his solution for me was to “buy another car” I will never buy another car from them, my son is going through a similar situation with a car he bought from them, all the wiring is messed up and his window is constantly jumping up and down, they don’t care about anything but money! Beware! More
