Purchased F150 in at beginning of September with Crain's full package. Didn't receive paperwork for tags until end of December. Everytime the truck goes in for anything other than oil change I am told it's full package. Didn't receive paperwork for tags until end of December. Everytime the truck goes in for anything other than oil change I am told it's not covered. Every oil change they hand me a bill when I have already paid through my service plan. Then we have to go through the process of finding out I have a actually have a service plan. Can't take it anywhere else cause I don't register in the shared network of information. Every oil change they forget to reattach the plastic undercover of the vehicle so it hangs down potential creating a hazard for the vehicle or anyone behind it. They removed floor mats and did not return until I mentioned it. They broke my windshield wiper and then acted shocked when I asked what happened. Overall I am tired of dealing with this company even though most of employees were nice the rest just dumb. Thanks for asking my opinion next time don't. More
I had a great experience, I dreaded buying a car in this economy but I feel as though the car was first rate. Charlie was personable and honest. The process itself was not as painful as I expected. My rating is for the dealership and not my particular salesperson. Charlie was very sweet and helpful and made the experience very good. However, when I got to the finance manager, Paul, it was a diffe salesperson. Charlie was very sweet and helpful and made the experience very good. However, when I got to the finance manager, Paul, it was a different matter. He was very unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. He treated me like he didn't value my business at all. I was very disappointed. Had I met him sooner, I would have left and not bought a car from them at all. They are not service oriented. They didn 't make sure everything was in working order. I cannot express enough how poorly I was treated by the finance office. He complained that they were losing money and it wasn't worth his time to help me. Do not buy a car from this dealership. I will reiterate that the salesman was great and his helpfulness is why I was anxious to purchase the car. They said they serviced it but they didn't reset any of the electronics and I ended up going to my person in Searcy that services my vehicle to have it checked out and make sure I would not burn up the motor running it. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I think the sales was nice and courtesy. The issue I had was when I got home I heard a ticking in the engine so I raised the hood though I would check the oil. It was 2 quarts low the engine The issue I had was when I got home I heard a ticking in the engine so I raised the hood though I would check the oil. It was 2 quarts low the engine was filthy with mud and dirt. I called back and asked if the detailing included cleaning the engine and was told no. I blame this on myself I usually don't by a vehicle without checking the oils and things like that especially if the engine is filthy because I can't see if there's any leaks. But I figured this is a good dealership so shouldn't be any issues but I was wrong. After driving a little I started hearing weird nosies so I took it back in and the looked at it heard the sounds I was talking about but thought nothing was wrong. Not very good service. Shame on me for thinking I was getting a good deal from this dealership. More
Worst dealer experience ever! If you custom order a vehicle, this dealer WILL add a market adjustment even if they lie and say they won't. I was originally told I would only pay M If you custom order a vehicle, this dealer WILL add a market adjustment even if they lie and say they won't. I was originally told I would only pay MSRP on the day I ordered my vehicle. Was only informed about mandatory markup when I scheduled to pick up my vehicle 6+ months later. Spoke with sales manager who actually wanted to add more market ADJUSTMENT! I called Ford customer service and complained loudly. A manager even told me that Ford can't prevent bad dealerships from markups. Ford hates dealerships like Crain Ford. The only way I would set foot at this dealership is when Ford closes them down. I pray this dealership fails. Summary: I made a mistake ordering from Crain Ford. Crain Ford is Not an MSRP dealer. Ford says they will reduce allocations for bad dealerships. Ford Crush this dealership. I hate myself for getting ripped off by this dealer. Don't be victimized. There are MSRP Ford dealers playing by the rules. CRAIN AIN'T ONE OF THEM. Greed. More

If you custom order a Ford vehicle and want to pay MSRP, please do NOT use this dealer. You've been warned! This is my experience with this dealer. I just want to get the truth out about my experience. please do NOT use this dealer. You've been warned! This is my experience with this dealer. I just want to get the truth out about my experience. After reading tons of websites and forums I decided to order a Maverick. In August 2021 I went on Ford's Maverick configuration website and ordered a Maverick Lariat Lux Hybrid. The MSRP was 31k. I'm new to my area and randomly selected a dealership close by. I went to the dealership and asked 2 questions based on my research and reports on Bronco markups. 1. Are you guys going to charge a deposit on my order? The sales manager said, "No". 2. Are you guys going to sell me the Maverick at MSRP? The same sales manager said, "Yes, we will add a dock fee less than 200 bucks". They copied my DL and I signed paperwork. I was not given a copy. Months later I realized this could be a mistake. Months went by while I patiently read about deliveries and dealer experiences on the Maverick Chat forums. I also read about Ford's disappointment with dealerships marking up custom orders like mine. I also learned many dealerships are indeed selling Mavericks and Broncos at MSRP. I even learned about Smart Vincent, a dealer tool to see what promos were available during the order process. Months go by.. My sales person texted me that my Maverick had arrived at the dealership. I told them I was closing on a house in around 5 business days and I was buying it for sure! I got a text back, "no problem we'll keep it in the showroom til then". The next day I get a text that the GM was adding 5000 dollars to my vehicle. I mentioned that I was told the vehicle would be sold to me at MSRP. They said that's a decision coming from the GM. Based on what I had seen on YouTube videos and the Maverick Chat site I called the Ford complaint line several times. Responses ranged from, "The dealers can do what they want. " to "Ford is penalizing dealerships if they charge over MSRP on custom orders by reducing allocations." One person on the complaint line even said,"Because of franchise law Ford is limited on what they can do." They mentioned, "try talking to the GM at the dealer". So that's what I did. After arriving at the dealership. (haven't closed on my house yet) I politely asked to speak with the GM. My salesperson escorted me to the GMs office and told the GM, "I was just letting the customer know we are adding a market adjustment of 5000 dollars to his Maverick. The GM said and I quote," No, the markup 7500"! After waiting 8 months only to get sucker punched by the dealership. Trying to keep my cool I stepped into the GMs office. I told my story as above, and about the 2 questions I asked. The GM responded, "We instruct all of our sales people that we don't sell any custom orders at MSRP. If you don't buy it we will sell it for 10 thousand over MSRP." My response, "Is it possible that my order went in before your instructions to you sales team?" This was 8 months ago. I also mentioned the recent communication from Ford to dealerships about charging over MSRP on custom orders. Long story short. He wouldn't budge from 7500 over MSRP until I showed him my text from the sales manager the day before that showed the 5000 markup. Why am I negotiating a 5k markup? After closing on my house I ended the truck with the 5000 dollar markup. Gues what happens next they try to sell it to me at 4.9 percent interest. I had to insist they look it up on Smart Vincent and only then they gave me the 1.9 interest that was on Ford's website when I configured my truck. Can't wait for the Ford survey. I've got 5 thousand reasons to expose this dealership and warn others. Please repost my story. Love the truck, hate my deal. More
