This is the second vehicle we have bought since from this dealer ship since we have moved to sprindale ar. What keeps me as a customer is the way the service department is operated. The sales staff is great also but the service department is what is the most important part of a dalership to me. Not only do they take care of the vehicals that I have bought through them but they also take care of the vehical that I purchased from another dealreship before I knew about this dealership. There has been no type of a pressure from the sale folks to get me to buy. I have never heard any of the workers complain about their co-workers like I have in other places.After the sale they keep in contact with me to find out if I have had any problems. The people that work at Steve Smith Country are just wonderful. I'll continue to be a custmer as long as their attitude to the customer never change. In looking for a used truck I kept finding that many of the prices were out of my range or the vehicles had too many miles on them.
