Still Cannot get Plate in 5 months We purchased a used Dodge Van from Crain in Conway Arkansas in July 2019. We still do not have a license plate. We call. They have not submitted the paperwork in 5 months. We have to call them each month and get them to ship a temporary plate so we can drive the vehicle. We have had to drive the vehicle numerous times with an expired temporary plate. We are tired of calling and getting no where and no response from this dealership. Do not buy from here I had bought a 2017 Jeep from the Crain used car lot in Conway, AR. Not only has this vehicle already been in the shop FIVE times in less than a year, I had bought a 2017 Jeep from the Crain used car lot in Conway, AR. Not only has this vehicle already been in the shop FIVE times in less than a year, they also did not report to me that the vehicle had been in an accident prior to us buying it. Now they are giving us the run around on trying to get things fixed on it. When I first got the vehicle, I had to take it back four times due to water coming up through the floor boards. They kept saying they could not find out what was wrong with it. Finally they realized that they had forgotten to seal up the little holes that are in the floor. They said they fixed it. And now it is doing the same exact thing and they will not fix it. I DO NOT recommend buying a vehicle from them. Their customer service is horrible. More

I was looking to purchase a used automobile from their dealership from an online search. This was the start of an exhausting three week endeavor of misinformation about the vehicle, miscommunication between the salesman, and overall lack of knowledge about the vehicle that they were trying to sell. I found it near impossible to get a complete Carfax, accurate description of the vehicles condition, and vehicles service history. Because I am considering purchasing the vehicle sight unseen, I am relying heavily on the sales teams honesty, integrity, and knowledge. All three salesman displayed none of these qualities. Days would go by with no email or telephone response to my inquiries. When I finally got to speak with them, they were more concerned about discussing price than answering basic questions about the vehicle. I was initially going to overlook their incompetence because I liked the car. I eventually gave in and we agreed upon a price for the vehicle. However, I didn't trust the salesman (after they continued to make contradictory statements) and ultimately didn't feel confident about the quality of their used car. I finally had enough when they tried to pull a fast one and stick me with excessive dealer charges and shipping. I tried to meet them halfway and agree to split the shipping charges with them, but that didn't satisfy their greed. I would urge all if of you to save yourself your precious time and purchase your new or used car from an honest and competent dealership. Not from Crain Buick GMC. I suspect the majority of the positive reviews are from family members and friends of those who work for this dealership. More
