Visited Crabtree to explore ordering a new Highlander. Followed up with three messages. Could not get a straight answer about availability. Could not get a quote. I believe they do not want to quote a specific vehicle price because of the add on protectants and warranties they push on customers. Both of these items are unnecessary as Toyota vehicle are well built and protected from the factory, along with a good warranty. Crabtree - Not recommended. More
Our sales consultant was Bruno Coelho and he was Fabulous. It took a lot of time with us and if there was any delay he kept us informed. He also happily set up our Apple CarPlay with the Toyota App Fabulous. It took a lot of time with us and if there was any delay he kept us informed. He also happily set up our Apple CarPlay with the Toyota App. We were in a little bit of a time crunch and everyone there helped keep things moving. The manager, Ednei Lima was very helpful and also took extra time with us. We are very happy with our total experience at Crabtree Toyota and enjoyed driving off in our new Toyota. Thank you More
Steven Papadakos is very polite, truly experienced professional, and most importantly, transparent when it comes to what realistically any customer, including myself, can expect starting from either c professional, and most importantly, transparent when it comes to what realistically any customer, including myself, can expect starting from either courteous phone call made by Steven, or phone call to Steven, to in person visit ( appointment preferred to save me time just like any other Stevens' customer ) This gorgeously elegant Crabtree Toyota dealership in Watertown CT is in close distance from Danbury area and even closer from Waterbury area of CT. Crabtree Toyota property, upkept nice and clean at all times with friendly staff. There is always plenty of complimentary fresh hot coffee, refrigerated bottled water as well as a few reasonably priced vending machines with wide selection of snacks. If a customer, like myself for example schedules an appointment for specific date and time, its always politely confirmed as a friendly reminder day before and day of the appointment, so this way I'm as a customer know that entire buying experience process started and will be finished on mine, just like any other customer time and terms, not Dealerships Sales and Financial Dept. staff time and terms. As soon as I, just like any other Stevens customer enters the showroom, Steven is ready to greet in person offering complimentary hot fresh coffee or bottled water and chair to sit down, while he gets most needed information from simple secure scan of a driver license, which takes a few minutes from moment its scanned to clearly printed out necessary complete paperwork, instead of at least 10 minutes it takes by other dealerships like in NY or NJ by making Xerox copy and filling out whole bunch of paperwork some by customer and some by salesman which in most cases is illegibly hand written. Although Stevens accurate up-to-date vehicle knowledge of very wide selection of makes and models this dealership has as far as pre-owned cars, SUVs and trucks is just as important as Any Toyota Certified or especially Brand New Toyota Models. Bottom line here, is honesty hence established bond of trust between Steven and all Steven's customers, including myself. Period. Without it, its just another stereotypical dealership with stereotypical salesman that treats all of their customers the same way it did about a decade ago if not worse without any effort of improvements toward customers whatsoever. Times have changed and will continue changing, so should every Authorized Toyota dealership across USA, starting with approach and communication of all Customers from initial contact to finalized purchase. Steven Papadakos is a perfect example of what changed improvements toward Customers should be set as a Standard today, whether its initial customer contact from Sales and Leasing Consultants like Steven or any customer contact to Steven in Crabtree Toyota of Watertown CT. Entire buying experience at least of any Certified Toyota models or Brand New Toyotas, shouldn't be persistent pressure of selling any vehicle on the lot, or that's available. Instead, it should be narrowed down by Sales and Leasing consultants starting with Customers budget of ownership and finishing with comfort, convenance most importantly reliability and safety features of a vehicle Customer is ready to buy or lease. What a nice change walking in a dealership and everyone was smiling and was greeted as soon as I walk in the door by Steve Papadakos. Steve was very helpful and found the truck I wanted and was able to have me take the car the same day even if on a Sunday!!! I definitely recommend Steve for all your car needs. More
I noticed since Curry Toyota was bought by Crabtree Toyota that the service and sales people are friendlier they have loaner cars and the lot has cars not like before it looked like it was closed down! I had a brief interaction with Steve Papadakos while I was waiting for my car in service and he was friendly and outgoing. So when my lease is up I will go and see Steve. I also recommend Crabtree Toyota for all your car needs. More
