I've used the service department there for all my oil changes and service needed on my car. The service department has always done a great job and been friendly, kind and accommodating. I live in the Berlin area and appreciate the convenience of the valet service they offer. The drivers have all been professional and courteous. I've recommended the Lexus brand as a luxury car and would use McDermott again when purchasing my next car and will continue to use McDermott for service. More
