I was able to get the service appointment on the day that I was going to be in the area of the d It was time for the one year service on a new IS250. I was able to get the service appointment on the day that I was going to be in the area of the dealership and arranged for a loaner so that I could make certain appointments while the car was being serviced. This worked out great! When the service was completed, I received a call letting me know that the service was completed and what was done. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, everything was ready including the car being washed. The service group is always friendly and helpful at McDermott Lexus. More
