Although he was selling a car he did not come across like the ty My experience with Ralph L. was unlike most experiences I have had with car salesmen. Although he was selling a car he did not come across like the typical salesman who sounds as if they are reading from a scripted sales pitch. Ralph L. came across as honest and genuine. The deal that Ralph L. came back with was very good and didn't need any haggling. He took the time to explain the entire deal and made me feel comfortable with everything. Christine got me an excellent rate for my loan and went through all the paperwork smoothly explaining everything along the way. The entire experience was great. I arrived at 1045 and after making the deal, trading my car in, doing ALL the paperwork and getting the new car ready, I left at 4 PM. I was expecting to have to come back another day but they got it done smoothly and expeditiously. I was very happy with my experience. More
