Work was done on time and the price was right! I wanted to do some things to personalize my 2003 Corvette. The big job was to mount a new set of wheels (Black C-6 Z06) on to a set of Michelin Pilo I wanted to do some things to personalize my 2003 Corvette. I was concerned with who would do the work, didn’t want wheels scratched, etc. I also did an extensive search for the best price on the tires. I went to several specialty shops, and speed shops for estimates. I was talking to Joe Cetta at McDermott Auto Group and he told me they could do everything I wanted and the cost beat anything that anyone else had quoted! I can’t tell you how satisfied I and my bank account are!. More

Don't trust this dealership I purchased a new 2019 Lexus with an extended warranty and was totally lied to. I received the warranty booklet in the mail a few days after my purcha I purchased a new 2019 Lexus with an extended warranty and was totally lied to. I received the warranty booklet in the mail a few days after my purchase and it was 4 years and 50,000 miles less than what I was sold. I called the finance person who sold it to me and she said I was reading it wrong...so I asked for a letter from Lexus stating the correct warranty I purchased. First, I was told that warranty I bought expired 2 days earlier then I was told it never was available. They offered to give me my money back but wouldn't make good on the warranty I bought. I don't want the car without the warranty I purchased so I now had to hire an attorney because management wouldn't even stand up.....if you are smart stay away from this dealership!!!!! More

Can't inflate tired correctly, no accountability They picked up my car for routine service including tire rotation. When returned to me, every tire was over inflated 37-40 psi and all but one of the They picked up my car for routine service including tire rotation. Emailed to complain, after some time they offered to pick the car up again to adjust the pressure. Thanks, but I'll pass. If they can't inflate tired to spec, what would you trust them to do? More

Replacement of daylight running lights I've had problems with the daylight running lights (DRL) on my 2012 Tahoe. Have had to have them replaced 3-4 times. McDermott was able to replace the DRL due to a bad bulb free of charge. Too bad Chevrolet made the replacement of a light so difficult (remove inside wheel guard, loosen top grill, and lower bumper. Over an hour of labor to replace one bulb. McDermott broached the subject with a factory rep and was told "It is only a light bulb". Too bad Chevrolet factory reps didn't care as much as the service staff at McDermott. Thanks service! More
