I can’t even tell you how you need to stay away from this dealership! They are a hook line and switch! They will lie to you! Rip you off! Have you sign a contract and a week later tell you to come back and t dealership! They are a hook line and switch! They will lie to you! Rip you off! Well now Jon is gone chandler is no longer a sales person I wonder why. Because now a year later I have a $459.00 bill they promised to pay they signed said they would pay taxes on the car if I bought the new car. They never paid. It’s now in collections. I’ve emailed! Called corporate. Nothing! I contacted the Attorney General! However how far is that going to get me! I am going to have to go there. I’m a girl so it’s not easy when they ripped me off with this 14 lease. I’m at my wits end. They are horrible people stay away! More
I took my frontier pro 4X in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by service rep Jackie. I asked how long it would take and she replied 1 hour. If my timing was correct it was under an hour w rotation. I was greeted by service rep Jackie. I asked how long it would take and she replied 1 hour. If my timing was correct it was under an hour when Jackie notified me my truck was ready!! Jackie was very pleasant to talk with. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. The waiting area is very clean and furnishes snacks,coffee, water and bathroom facilities are spotless. Of course I will continue giving a 5 star rating because of the kind staff and service I receive. Thanks again. D. Stine More

Rude, no masks and literally no help My wife took our truck, that was just purchased a couple days ago to this dealer. We just needed to get the sonar sensor replaced because the parking My wife took our truck, that was just purchased a couple days ago to this dealer. We just needed to get the sonar sensor replaced because the parking assist buzzer is literally so annoying. They claim that the sensor was damaged via some kind of minor collision. I looked at it before taking it and did not see any indication that it was caused by an accident. Actually it looked like some rock hit it or something to that effect. Not accidents were reported on the carfax or by the dealer we purchased it from. In my mind this should have been covered by the warranty but o well. They then told us the cost of getting the one sensor replaced is $500 and what made the situation worse is they tried to push other things on to us. On top of not being able to help us, they were completely rude to my wife and no one was wearing medical masks. Overall our experience with this dealer was not pleasant. Honestly, if you can avoid going to this dealer I would. More

Couldn’t fix my car after $3000 in stuff they said “was needed” from the code it was giving. After the $3000 in “repairs” car was still doing the same thing. Watch what you do here they will tell you to service at 3000 miles and the schedule clearly states 5000 miles. They wasted my entire day! It should. It have taken 8hours to change a headlight! And I had scheduled the appointment for first thing in the morning two weeks beforehand! Jackie Marriott is awesome I cannot thank her enough for her help. She was wonderful to deal with, pleasant, funny and very patient. Will definitely go back. Amazing Service Department We were traveling across country when the temperature gauge kept creeping up. Coyle got us right in and diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours but they didn't have the needed part in stock. Coyle got the part the next morning and had us back on the road the next afternoon. Everybody was so friendly and attentive. Nobody tried to increase the prices or perform an unnecessary repair. As a matter of fact, the did not charge us for the diagnosis. More
