New car purchases include first 2 oil changes and tire rotations, so I have also had opportunity to visit service. Everyone is very nice there. I have referred both of my kids to them, and everyone I know who is looking for a new car or needs service. Sincerely appreciate everyone at Coyle Nissan! More

However I did not get either of these discounts I was told I would recieve. I told Jim my price range and the first car he shows me was one out of budget, I specificially just mentioned! I told him about some comparisions and competitors prices and he informed me it was just a way to get you in. I financed my vehicle and decided to drop out of the waranty. Making my loan 3,500 less without warranty purchases. However upon speaking with my loan provider I recently was informed that my total amount I owe did not decrease by 3,500 but only a thousand. I am very disatisified with my experience! More

We expected that they would be willing to negotiate the price a little bit as this was a brand new 2015, of which they still had 3 on their lot. They also had a few 2016 models and the 2017 would be arriving soon, as this is November 2016 now. They were absolutely not willing to work with us to sell the 2015 model. We subsequently went to another dealer and paid less for a 2016 than we would have paid for the 2015 at Coyle. The sales person was new, and while very friendly, not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. They have been housing their sales offices in a portable trailer on their lot for several years now, and we also discovered that they do not have Nissan certified mechanics. Because they do not have a permanent office, Nissan does not require them to have Nissan certified mechanics. We would not recommend this dealer. More

Awesome Dealership We leased a 2013 Altima from this Dealership in August of 2013, because they were recommended by a good friend. We hesitated because we live in Mt. Wa We leased a 2013 Altima from this Dealership in August of 2013, because they were recommended by a good friend. We hesitated because we live in Mt. Washington KY. It is quite a drive to Clarksville Indiana. But we took the advice of our friend. It has turned out to be a wonderful experience. Every time we called to scheduled our routine service they were able to get us in right away. They were always very polite and our service was completed in the time they stated. When we picked our vehicle out the salesman (Larry Wise) went over every perk our car had to offer and gave us instructions on how to use all the extras. Our lease is up next week, and we have every intention of going to Clarksville Indiana to Coyle Nissan and leasing another vehicle. Yes Bill Collins is much closer, but Coyle just makes us feel like we are part of a family. That is important to us. We tell all our friends to shop there. Several have gone and are as pleased as we are. More

DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR HERE!!!!! VERY SHADY DEALER!!!!! OUR LEASED CAR WAS HIT IN THEIR LOT DURING AN OIL CHANGE AND COST ME CLOSE TO $1000 TO FIX. They said the security footage of VERY SHADY DEALER!!!!! OUR LEASED CAR WAS HIT IN THEIR LOT DURING AN OIL CHANGE AND COST ME CLOSE TO $1000 TO FIX. They said the security footage of the day in question had been somehow deleted?? (how convenient). After posting a bad review on Facebook discussing this matter, we were immediately blocked from writing a response to their response, which was full of excuses and total lies. I'm just writing this review to let people know BEWARE!!! and save yourself some headaches and also to clear my name of the untruths they mentioned in their response on Facebook. I know several people with bad experiences with them on just as crooked and even worse matters. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else. TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM!!!!!! More
Misled I was called by the Internet sales team and was given a price over the phone. Made an appt to meet with the gm Nathan weasel. I arrived on time. He sh I was called by the Internet sales team and was given a price over the phone. Made an appt to meet with the gm Nathan weasel. I arrived on time. He shook my hand and pawned me off to Steve Ogden. After about 30 secs I informed him I was ready to buy and in a hurry. I wanted to get a price for my trade. He was very slow and 45 min they did not even offer to give the price the internet team gave me over the phone. Very frustrating and I feel like if someone made a mistake, the dealership should have made up for it. Or maybe it's just a way to get you to visit their very "high end" trailer. More
"Smartbuyer" just about wrote my review for me! Test-drove a couple of pre-owned vehicles (which the website erroneously had listed as certified pre-owned despite that not being the case). My sale Test-drove a couple of pre-owned vehicles (which the website erroneously had listed as certified pre-owned despite that not being the case). My salesperson was also Steve. Our experiences, about a month apart, were quite similar. I had a web "coupon" for an extra $500 on my trade. I took that with a grain of salt, since it had to be presented upon arrival; I knew whatever number given me would then be 500 less before being "added." (dealer games like that are as old as the automobile itself) Anyway, they gave me a laughably pathetic number for my trade-in (20% below its KBB/Edmunds values). I knew its condition, I'd done my homework, but it was the same old tricks, the classic excuses -- "We'll lose our shirts getting this piece of junk reconditioned!" My next plan was to take it to CarMax in Louisville to get their say on it. The F&I person had this smug-xxx grin on his face, saying "why don't you DO that." Steve followed me out to my car, saying "Take it there, and I'll come pick you up to buy this Altima." (familiar words to Smartbuyer). Less than an hour later, I was holding a CarMax appraisal form. Their offer? $5,000, just a shade higher than KBB. And they actually APOLOGIZED for not giving me more! How crazy is that?? Steve called the next day, evidently trying to smooth over the experience from the previous evening. Yet, I still couldn't get an answer to the other big question: was that '12 Altima REALLY a Nissan Certified? As of now (July 4 at 1:30 a.m.) it still has the Nissan Certified logo. Steve was a pleasant guy, but that dealership's F&I man was not someone to be trusted ... even by F&I standards. How dealerships can still operate as if it's still the '80s, in the age of social media and sites like this one and Yelp, is a real puzzler. It's a shame for them, because the Altima was nice, and I was ready to pull the trigger on it. (In the end, I found a certified '14 Honda Civic at the local Honda place ... and a '12 Corolla for my wife at ... wait for it ... CarMax. So our story ended well.) More
