Excellent Customer Service Everyone was so great to us. From the internet guy, to Antwan to the finance guy (darn it, I can’t remember his name). We were in and out in an hour and 45 minutes, which is an absolute record for us. It was by far the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. My best friend had a terrible experience at another dealership last week when it came to purchasing the warranty. They were very pushy and very rude when she turned it down. We had the exact opposite experience. He was friendly and told us right off the bat that he was giving us options and not to feel like we had to do anything. Antwan was the best. He is friendly, funny and got us exactly the car we wanted. You guys have never let us down. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it very well. More

Got the deal I wanted made the trade. The deal went smooth as silk. Payed cash which should have been a final quick process but the dealership had only one financial person. Purchasing We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle. When we visited the showroom on Saturday the price of the vehicle increased from the day before. I did have a screen shot of the previous price and they agreed to honor that. So we decided to proceed. The buyers slip was sent to our bank today. Our financing was approved and we were set to finalize the next morning. We purchased our insurance on the new vehicle as well. Our bank contacted the finance department of Coyle and sent a letter of intent which the salesman asked for as well. We were told we were good to come in the next morning to finalize our purchase.This evening the dealer called to inform us they just sold the vehicle we recently processed a loan and insurance on. Never have we had service like this before. More
