My salesman, Mark White, brought some down home hospitality and was very helpful, and made the entire process as seamless as possible. I even came away with a smoker grill as a bonus! So I could not be more pleased with my new Chevy Truck or my experience with Coyle Chevrolet. More
Fighting Scared Mom by Indy Cheer Mom from Indiana May 12, 2019 I’ll start by saying I’ve never written a review online until now. But this place truly scar Scared Mom by Indy Cheer Mom from Indiana May 12, 2019 I’ll start by saying I’ve never written a review online until now. But this place truly scared me. True fear. I went to look at cars with my youngest daughter, she’s only 8 years old. Everything was going fine, until the salesperson took us inside the showroom. When we entered the showroom, two of the salesmen were violently cussing at each other. Screaming at the top of their lungs, and cussing. I mean every filthy word you can imagine was said. The men were arms drawn, ready to fight, and here I am with my 8 year old daughter, frozen by fear. Both of us were truly frightened, and I’ve had to have several conversations with her about what happened since then. Needless to say, we left immediately, and we will never go back to any Coyle, or Chevrolet Or Buick dealerships. If this is the kind of people that sell New Buick’s, I’ll never buy a Buick, EVER! The more I think about this experience, the more upset I become. I’ve been trying to reach someone high level at Buick, but I haven’t been able to yet. The sales man was nice, and this was not his fault. More

2019 Chevrolet Colorado WT I purchased a new truck on May 23, 2019. I arrived at the dealership just before 10 a.m.. I knew exactly which truck I wanted. I brought my payoff, I purchased a new truck on May 23, 2019. I arrived at the dealership just before 10 a.m.. I knew exactly which truck I wanted. I brought my payoff, title, keys for my trade. Coming to an agreement on price wasn't difficult. My salesman Josh was great. We were done and waiting on finance before 11 a.m. My FICO is 811 and I wanted to go thru GM Financial for 0%. It took until 4:30 pm to finally leave with the truck. They were so slow, Now to the problem, I hook up Android Auto App and listen to that on the drive home. I then switch to broadcast radio, none of the stations would tune in at all. It was like the antenna wasn't hooked to the radio. I go home and schedule a service appointment for the next Wednesday. I bring the truck in Wednesday, and they keep it one day and provided a loaner car. They call and tell me my truck is ready. I go to pick it up and sign the invoice, get in the truck and no radio stations again. I go back inside they say, oh yeah we have to order a new antenna cable. They made me an appointment for the following Thursday. I drop the truck off for what they said would be one day. They did provide me a loaner car. 20 (twenty) days later they say my truck is ready. Several calls and visits during that 20 day time period to see why it wasn't ready. I pick the truck up and the radio works. The next morning no radio again. So I read some information on the internet and took the dash apart and unplugged the antenna wire and cleaned the connection. The radio has worked fine ever since. I honestly don't believe they did anything to repair my truck. Just an unbelievable bunch of knuckleheads. More

When I showed up for my appointment the Manager Robin introduced me to Neal, and Neal had the truck already waiting for me. We drove my new truck, came back & they appraised my old truck. About 45 minutes later I was leaving in my new truck. I love my new truck, and the guys were very laid back, and got me everything I wanted. My advice would be to call and ask for a VIP Appointment, that way everything is ready for you when you get there. The showroom was huge, and extremely clean. Everyone was professional, but it was still a fun process. Very easy to deal with! More

Steve and the dealership seemed to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make the process as easy and convenient as possible, but at this point I feel like I’m drowning in incompetence. I do feel like I got a great deal, and I love the car. That being said, the attention to detail during my transaction was lacking and this whole ordeal has become a comedy of errors. When the driver arrived with the car there were a couple of issues that had to be addressed. First, there was a maintenance required light on, even though I specifically asked, and was assured, that no lights were on in the car. I called Steve and was told that when their service department serviced the car, they “couldn’t turn it off because they weren’t a Toyota dealer.” That’s obviously not accurate information. I opened the manual, and found how to turn the light off in roughly 15 seconds. Not a huge deal, but dishonest on 2 separate occasions, both when assuring me there were no lights, and saying only a Toyota dealership could fix it. Secondly, it had a tire pressure sensor warning light on. When I asked about this, I was assured that this light wasn’t on when it left the dealership (but we’ve already established that info was sketchy) and it was “probably just because it’s cold outside and it would probably go off when it warmed up.” Needless to say, I didn’t take this as gospel, and made sure to have them to agree to fix it before I signed the papers and notated it on the bill of sale. It turned out to be a bad tire sensor, and they had it fixed for me here locally within 24 hours by a friendly garage they had a relationship with. No big deal, the driver might have hit a pothole on the way down, or it could have been coincidence. But given the other light, I can’t really be sure. The next issue was putting gas in the car. When I was finishing up over the phone the evening before the car was delivered, Steve said he was running out to fill the car up and get things ready. I received a car with a little over 1/8 of a tank of gas. This car gets roughly 30mpg on the highway, and it was driven a little over 80 miles to me. That means it had 1/4ish of a tank when it left. Again, not a huge deal, but another little annoyance that took away from the overall experience. I said something to Steve about it, but didn’t take it any further. My address was entered wrong by the dealership and as of today (2/27) I’ve corrected it with them 3 times. My temp tag expires this weekend and my paperwork still hasn’t been received. They sent my registration to the wrong location state and then made up a story about it. Then they assured me it had been overnighted on Monday, and then today they said it didn’t do out until Tuesday. Now I’m about to have expired tags and they say there’s nothing they can to about it, and the receptionist even went so far as to tell me that “police don’t pull people over for expired tags.” Every time I call I’m given a different answer and assurance. They honestly don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. Overall, I was happy with the deal that I got. They seemed to be anxious to accommodated my needs, and delivered me a great car at a fantastic price. But everything that has followed has felt like death by a thousand paper cuts. I’m so frustrated with these people that I regret doing business with them. I can’t think of a single step throughout this ordeal where Coyle hasn’t made a mistake. At this point I wouldn’t purchase a soda from them. More
