He didn't make us feel pressured to purchase the first item we looked at and he was happy to show us several options even though he had to walk back and forth for the keys.He showed us whatever we said we liked without judging if we could afford the auto or not like some dealers do. Booked a service appointment on their website this past week and received confirmation. Showed up today for the appointment and was told they could not provide service, they were taking no more customers for the day. Instead of apologizing all I received was I should have been there early this morning to wait in line, wow! Apparently making an appointment means nothing to Coyle Chevrolet. Last service visit I sat for over a hour and a half to get an oil change and tire rotation! I will never let these people service our vehicle ever again - their service is a joke! More

Coyle Cheverolet has it all! I usually dread going to a dealership for a new vehicle. My family was in need of a new vehicle and we were looking at trucks. We needed something that I could use for work and yet still be able to haul the whole family. We used to own a Dodge, so we wanted to try something different. Then we considered Chevrolet, and Ford. The unethical experience at Ford up by LaGrange made me vow to never go back. Then I heard about Coyle Chevrolet. So I checked over their website for a new Crew Cab truck. I found the one that I liked and proceeded to go down to their Dealership. The Salesman Matt Wells was nice and very friendly. And the Finance Manager Joel Putman, was super helpful as he walked me through what was involved in trading in my vehicle and the options we had. He was the one that really made my day. Without him, I'm not sure I would of even been able to get such a beautiful truck at a GREAT interest rate! I don't have any regrets about this experience. Well, maybe just one. After I searched Coyledeals.com, I immediately found a vehicle that I was interested in. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve Sellers in the Fleet & Commercial Sales Department. At the time of the call, I explained to him who I was, what we do, and what I was trying to accomplish. With a few emails, I had the price of my trade in, which I was very pleased with, and I had the numbers on the new truck. For the first time, I had a great experience, no hassle, no pressure approach in buying my next vehicle. With no knowledge to Steve, my partner and I had also discussed purchasing a new cargo van for our business. Again, I called Steve and the rest was history. We ended up purchasing 4 vehicles within 90 days, all brand new Chevrolet's. We will be back in the future! I can't thank Steve and the rest of the staff at Coyle for a job well done. I just wamted to put in a good word for Tony Gilkey and those he works with. My wife and I came into look at 2009 Lexus, which is not a car that they typically carry at their lot. If we were ever in the market for a chevrolet we would not hesitate to go over the river and visit Coyles in Indiana. I think it was maybe ten minutes out of the way to get to their dealership? No big deal. The price was excellent for us and pretty much did everything that we asked of them. Just an over all A+ experience. More

I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox which is still under warranty. I've had it in for service several times. I've been treated well each time I've been to this service center. They get me right in and out. I was told about some preventative maintenance that is due at 30,000 when I had it in for an oil change recently. I thought the prices they wanted were really too high, so I passed on them at this time. I'm sure it's the same price as other dealers though. More
