I brought my 21 Silverado 2500 in a few months ago with torque converter vibrations. They drove it for over a week at speeds exceeding 80 mph on multiple occasions according to my Chevrolet app, burnt half torque converter vibrations. I brought it back last Tuesday because it is now more frequent and is beginning to shutter. I didn’t hear a word from anyone so I went in yesterday to check on it and he said again that they could not replicate. There is literally no communication. There is no concern for the customer’s time. And the issue is not resolved. This is why dealers have such a horrible reputation. The guy I spoke to in the middle desk at Service was noticeably grumpy and clearly irritated that I was there. More

I was in Indiana in May and had trouble with my 2019 Chevrolet 2500 diesel. I took it in telling the service department what was going on instead they proceeded to do other things of which by the end of Chevrolet 2500 diesel. I feel like that I’ve been totally ripped off. I brought it home to Alabama where I live took it to my Chevrolet dealer they followed my instructions and they fixed it immediately costing me nothing at all Because it was covered under warranty I am so disappointed but cold has been a terrible reputation place and they have just proceeded to perpetuate that reality More

Given we were out of state, Noah was completely transparent with everything about the vehicle, reconfirming things such as it was manual, sending additional pictures of the interior and agreeing that the final purchase was contingent upon us driving and my son loving it. We also misjudged the time to arrive and Noah stayed after hours to take care of us. We drove the car while he finalized the paperwork and everything was completed and we were on our way. Being close to closing time we took our paperwork and left expecting the car to be delivered to us once the bank had everything they needed. While looking at the contract we noticed a $399 charge for a pulsating brake light that in the out the door price was additional. Again we called and said we didnt authorize this and after much hassle the agreed to remove the charge. After that they refused to get our bank the paperwork they needed and the bank wouldnt release the funds without it. In short after several heated phone calls we ended up scrapping the entire deal. Also the had the nerve to list our car that was being traded in on their website without having it onsite and in their possesion as well as not owning it. I have bought a lot of cars over the years with outside financing and have never run into this type of dealership. I still owe $14,250 and tell me why they reappraised it for $4,500???? When I just got the car from them! So now my credit is absolutely xxxxed, I had to surrender the car and now I have all this on my credit when the car shouldn't have even been sold in the first place!
