I went to this dealer to purchase a new 2011 Toyota Prius we worked out a deal but the car had to be brought in from another location. I was told that the car will be ready for delivery that following morni we worked out a deal but the car had to be brought in from another location. I was told that the car will be ready for delivery that following morning so I agreed that I would give a deposit so they can go a head and get the car. The next morning Eric called me and told me that the Prius will not be ready until that afternoon. I had informed him that my day was really tight and I would not be able to pick up my car until the next morning. Shortly after I told him that he called me and said that his manager Bill Glover is giving me until 7pm tonight to pick up my car or I would lose my deposit and my car will be sold to someone else. What kind of dealership does this I never said that I didn't want the car, I just could not make it there that day. I have called the dealership and left Bill a message to contact me about this matter and I'm yet to get a response. I will tell you after my experience avoid the dealer at all costs. More
