Excellent and convenient car rental service Over the last few years, I've rented cars to travel short to medium distances both on business as well as for pleasure. Cox Toyota/Scion is located Over the last few years, I've rented cars to travel short to medium distances both on business as well as for pleasure. Cox Toyota/Scion is located about 8 miles from my home and it is both convenient and economical for me to drive my car to the rental facility, leave it there at no cost, and drive off with a new rental car to my destination. Furthermore, the rental staff is very customer focused. I specifically ask for Melissa Cook when I make the reservation and pickup. Her friendliness and willingness to meet and exceed my rental needs have always been a plus. I use to rent from the other airport rental agencies but since I found out about Cox, almost all of my rental business is now with them. More

Leaving Greensboro to Burlington for an important meeting, my coolant light illuminated, and I knew that I was going to have a bad day. En route, I called Cox Toyota to tell them of my problem and predicament. They told me that they could fix it and that they could get me to my meeting. Steven was awesome. It turned out that my "minor" problem would have locked up my engine if I hadn't have stopped. (I had a hole in the radiator.) Caroline (rental car lady) is very sweet. Rachel (commercial girl) wasn't there, but I looked for her. I am a big fan of their commercials. More
I was lied to about the features of the car and told them I didn't want it anymore after 3-4 months and they wouldn't do anything extra to help me get out of the car since soon as you drive it off the lot it I didn't want it anymore after 3-4 months and they wouldn't do anything extra to help me get out of the car since soon as you drive it off the lot it collects negative equity. I have had to go 6 different toyota dealers that couldn't help me because of their lies here. Is not fair to the customer and I will never come back again. More
Traveled from Raleigh, truck was not 4WD as stated by internet rep. Spent $40,000 w/ no Manuel, truck mats or key fob. But I got a free bible. Gave me used key fob that broke months later. My name is Bob and I have bought 15-20 new Toyotas from Cox Toyota since the early 90s. I have bought my last 6 from Kenny Paschal. He always listens to what I am looking for and the goals I am trying to a Cox Toyota since the early 90s. I have bought my last 6 from Kenny Paschal. He always listens to what I am looking for and the goals I am trying to achieve. Then he works extra hard to make it happen. He is very easy to work with. I traded my Camry SE for a new 2014 Toyota Camry SE in December 2013 and I just traded my 2012 Ford F-150 4x4 for a brand new 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 4x4 this week. My new truck is AWESOME! I will be keeping this truck for a long time due to Cox Toyotas new "Lifetime Engine warranty". I would recommend Kenny to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry SE in April and it was a great experience! They worked hard to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted and they were very friendly and cheerful and didn't complain great experience! After stopping by on our way back home to Durham, we enquired about seeing a Scion FRS for our son. After getting us introduced to Trent McGuire, Trent went out of his way to move several cars to allow enquired about seeing a Scion FRS for our son. After getting us introduced to Trent McGuire, Trent went out of his way to move several cars to allow our son to test drive a FRS they had in stock. Although he never planned on purchasing that day, Trent went above and beyond to actually close the deal while not being pushy. His knowledge of the car, his personallity and laid back approach but most importantly, his honest nature made us feel comfortable enough to allow our son to move forward with the purchase. Although we had a delay in the expected delivery of the car, Trent personally communicated with us throughout the following days to give us updates on the progress of delivery. The car was delivered to our home in Durham and our sons trade-in was driven back to Burlington. I would recommend Cox Toyota and especially Trent & Brian to my family and friends, should they be in the market for a Toyota or Scion. Car buying is normally a stressful endeavor, but Trent made it an enjoyable experience for our son. More
