This dealership is showing the online purchase with the home delivery. They collected all the data including my social security number for the loan and I received a confirmation email with the order number home delivery. When I called the store to enquire about the status regarding my order, nobody knows what that online order is and when I provided them the order number, all the representatives are surprised and they don’t know what is online order.
