I took my truck in for a recall. They seemed bothered that I was bringing it in on a scheduled appointment. I was originally told it would take about an hour on the phone. When I got there, they said more like an hour and a half. They took over 2 hours. They had no respect for customers as most were not wearing mandated face coverings. This is not the first time that I've had awful service here, but was hoping with a change in ownership, that they'd have gotten their act together. This place has turned me from a diehard Dodge fan to never wanting to ever own another Dodge again. I'd rather have to go out of state to get work done than to ever go there again. I'd recommend going ANYWHERE else. More
