Always an issue with this dealership. . got my 2014 jeep grand cherokee from them.. recieved 20 free oil changes and they started putting in 5w20 when the sales person said it was 0w20 whe . got my 2014 jeep grand cherokee from them.. recieved 20 free oil changes and they started putting in 5w20 when the sales person said it was 0w20 when I bought it. so after a few oil changes they switched to 0w20 and tried to charge me for it. I told them I am still under contract for free oil changes and I thought it was 5w20 so it would be cheaper.. they said they will look into the contract and that it could do either. They cleared the charges and I made a few more oil changes since. Today I got into my jeep after another visit for an oil change and saw my paper said 0w20.. but they added the oil on the sticker as 5w20. Called them and they said that the bay attendants assume what oil is going to be put in and charge for that. They dont actually know what the mechanics put it but it is there mistake because the contract is supposed to be 5w20. This was news to me since no one ever said anything else to me about the contract only being 5w20. Very shady. More
The employees at Cox Toyota/Jeep/Dodge are as amazing in the service department as they are in Sales. I have told so many people how wonderful, helpful and down to earth they are. Wyatt, in the service department was concerned for me waiting for a recall item to be fixed. He kept me informed and explained things so th be at could understand. I let him know I had been a flight attendant for 20 years and waiting didn’t bother me! I am still so impressed with them, from when Butch Ward made sure that my sale was understood, and communicated above a beyond, to Wyatt’s care yesterday. The waiting area was clean , stocked with coffee and TWO TVs were so appreciated. My professionals (who have become friends) should win an award for being the very best. The nice lady who called me back (from my message about the recall), was pompt and so caring and friendly. More
Service was quick especially without having to make an appointment. Unfortunately when I called for an estimate for service I was told an “old” number.
