Great Service if it wasn’t a car I just purchased! The service dept was great. The problem is I just bought the car from Cox a few weeks ago. I shouldn’t have to replace the thermostat, water pump and The service dept was great. The problem is I just bought the car from Cox a few weeks ago. I shouldn’t have to replace the thermostat, water pump and belt after just a few weeks. The entire process of buying the car was the worst experience ever! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. The sales guy Richard was very disrespectful and acted like we were bothering him when we first visited the location. The service dept however was fast and efficient. Again I shouldn’t have had to have the vehicle serviced this soon! More
