I use your service dept frequently, good as usual. I have gotten 4 Chevys from Cox since 2011 and have always been pleased with everyone from your sales staff to your service personnel, but one complai I have gotten 4 Chevys from Cox since 2011 and have always been pleased with everyone from your sales staff to your service personnel, but one complaint,I have is I have had to wait as long as 4 hours for a basic car wash, and have had to wait as long as 25 minutes in the service line before being approached by a service rep, otherwise, good job Thankyou More

A Great place for service. Quick and efficient! Tom (Somers?) was very helpful and friendly. He guided me through the diagnosis of my car. Since it would take more than a day to fix the problem, another guy, helped me with obtaining a rental vehicle to get home. (The guy was not the person on which the name plate on the desk was) They handled my car with the upmost quality service and I was glad to get it back in good working order. Thank You, Cox Chevrolet! This is not the dealer that I usually go to, since I was not near my home, but I would consider driving the extra miles to return whenever service is needed again. More
