We took our 2017 Chevy SS for an oil change on March 17 2021. We had an 11am appointment and after waiting 2 hours for the oil change to be completed, the following occurred. Avonne pulled our car o 2021. We had an 11am appointment and after waiting 2 hours for the oil change to be completed, the following occurred. Avonne pulled our car out of the service bay and proceeded to do hot laps around the parking lot at a high rate of speed. We happened to be outside to witness this and walked up and confronted Avonne and ask him, “Did you have fun?” He knew he was caught and replied, “Yes it’s a nice car.” We went in and asked for the Service Manager to let him know what I witnessed. Roberto said “ I’m sorry that it happened and he will be talked to”. After stewing about the incident all night we decided to call and speak to the General Manager of the dealership. This could not have gone worse. We were yelled at on the phone and talked down to by John. He said, “ We work on tight margins and there is nothing I can do for you.” “Is this is the first time you have came to the dealership.” This lead us to believe because we have not purchased the vehicle there, he did not owe us anything. We specifically went to a Chevrolet dealership to avoid any problems getting service. Stay away from Cox Chevrolet! All they care about is the bottom line! Rude, deceitful, Liars everyone there. the receptionist hung up on me after lying about the manager having the day off (I was able to speak with him that day got no where) Won't show me my credit application, lied about the interest rate, Removed money from our GM account without a Signed contract (theft) and are refusing to give it back!!! I didn't even buy the vehicle this is Blatant Robbery!!! GM should be ashamed to be associated with this dealership. More

Never in my life have I ever been treated the way that I was just treated at Cox Chevrolet on Cortez Road service department for my 2018 Chevy Cruz still under warranty they kept it overnight I was told my was just treated at Cox Chevrolet on Cortez Road service department for my 2018 Chevy Cruz still under warranty they kept it overnight I was told my rental car would not be charged for they charge me for it anyhow and Joe McDonald the operations director treated me very nasty said I was there only to make trouble I I said no I was there to pick up my car but I did not want to pay for something that was supposed to have been free because they kept my car overnight to try to find out what’s wrong with it I would not go to Cox Chevrolet again ever and I have dealt with Chevrolet dealers all of my life this is the worst More
