After 28 cars and haggling with untold dealers in the past I walked into Cox Chevrolet in Bradenton. I had done my research. I told Pete & Mike exactly what I wanted, (I had seen it on the lot) and the past I walked into Cox Chevrolet in Bradenton. I had done my research. I told Pete & Mike exactly what I wanted, (I had seen it on the lot) and the price I wanted to pay, again based on some research. These two guys were amazing, the car came up about $25 over what I wanted to pay (credit rating based) but Mike made it happen at my price. I had looked at a Toyota Rav4 limited and a few others, they didn't have what this deal had! leather, nav, premium stereo, backup cam etc, etc., and I paid less on an apples for apples basis than my previous non Chevy. As long as these guys are there this is where I'll be shopping for cars, why waste time going anywhere else. Thanks Guys. More

I was looking for a small car easy on gas, I knew exactly what I wanted to test drive when I got there, Angie was our sales person and she was great, very knowledgeable and was not pushy what so ever. She knew that I have just started my car search and I test drove the 2014 Cruze, love it, but I still wanted to go out to other dealers to drive the cars I had on my list. She said to me before I left, I will see you in a couple days. Well low and behold I test drove the other 4 cars I had on my list, and I just couldn't forget the Cruze, when I came back up for a second test drive Angie was not working, so Justin helped us, they let me take the car home for the night to see if this is what I really wanted. Justin was awesome! When we came back to close the deal again Angie had the evening off so Justin helped us again. He is a great sales person (as well as Angie). After a long night and well past closing time and all paper work has been completed. Justin came out with us and went over the car front to back and spent about a good half hour with us answering questions and explaining all the details of the inside. I would highly recommend my friends and family to this great dealership, More

Saturday Aug. 31st mid afternoon I had the misfortune of having a tire sliced while driving. I called Cox Chevrolet ( hoping they were open ) & the service dept. indeed was. I had the good fortune of spea having a tire sliced while driving. I called Cox Chevrolet ( hoping they were open ) & the service dept. indeed was. I had the good fortune of speaking with Rick Seaton. I explaned my problem to Rick, & he told me to come right up to the dealership. Upon arrival ( drove 20 miles on little donut tire ) he took me right in, found the tire was not repairable & Cox replaced the tire at no cost. ( It definately pays to have Road Hazard warranty !!! ) Rick was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable & most courteous !!! On another note, there happens to be another Chevy Dealership about 5 miles from my home........ but........ they dont compare to Cox Chevrolet Team. I happen to google a few dealerships in the Bradenton area and the last one i went to was Cox. These gentlemen were phenomenal! The one i worked with the most was LaTravis Wasington for the purchase of my 2011 Malibu. Not only was he knowledgeable but his hospitality was great as well. The customer service i received from the entire team was exceptional! They were all so willing to help and make me as comfortable as possible and get me in exactly what i was looking for. Needless to say, i drove off the lot the next day! So i write this review with complete satisfaction of Cox Chevrolet and their employees.
