Cox Chevrolet is nothing but one big scam institution. Bought a used car, they told me the total amount that I would be financing was $16,133. I wanted to pay cash but they suggested 3 months with no in Bought a used car, they told me the total amount that I would be financing was $16,133. After signing documents on an electronic table while the finance guy, Brandon, kept talking to me to avert my attention, I asked for a copy of the contract. He told me he was having a problem and could not print the contract but it would be sent to me. Two weeks later the credit union sent me a statement showing a balance of $21,000. They did add interest at 6.5%, so Cox lied to me from the getgo, and they told me that Cox also added some service charges. Cox is screwing me over big time. I will be reporting them to everyone on the planet. More

They knew I was coming, so to my present surprise, they made the whole process easy, but when it came to the car, they said that it had a replacement battery pack due to the recall, and it only charged to 163 miles they said it was a normal thing well I trusted them since being a Chevrolet dealer they got me I need to be less trusting come to find out the battery hasn’t also been replaced the car has electrical malfunctions it seems to me that it wasn’t checked out and now the issue is mine it’s disappointing to be honest because now I have to spend time to get it looked at I won’t recommend this dealership nor I won’t go back More

Brought my car in for wipers stopped working. It was a recall issue. Had appt after an hour and half or so he came out trying to sell us brakes,tires,trans flush and we told him not at this time. Bryan said ok we will get the car ready and bring it out. Well we sat there another hour or so then Bryan co es and says we don’t have the part it will be ordered so we can set up another appt. We told him call us when it comes in. My husband lost a days pay for this. Then Tues 6/18 I get a call from the CSI dept asking me how was my experience with my repairs. I said there were no repairs telling the girl the above. She was at a loss of words. She said ok I will check with Bryan. Well about 15 minutes later Bryan calls the part is in. We go in today 6/19 the part gets put on. We are glad for that but we felt the cold shoulder treatment from Bryan. Needless to say we will NEVER go back there. We should have been told way before 3 hours of wasted time they didn’t have that part. Very unprofessional service as far as I am concerned. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.. More
