He was easily contacted when I had questions (and I had a lot) and very attentive even answering texts when he was not at the dealership since I was having issues getting a PPi mechanic and letting me know that he had arranged for another salesman to assist me on his day off. In the end I did not purchase the car, but that had nothing to do with Chris's guidance through the sale process. If there was a marking system I would give him an A+. More
