They obviously did not care about the safety of my vehicle enough to even give it a quick glance. Next experience crossed them off the list forever- charged me $300 for changing headlights. Claimed they had to take the bumper off- the headlight procedure is in the owners manual and takes 30 seconds, I'd done it before. I expected to pay a premium, but that is ridiculous and insulting. Stay far away, they are the exact reason dealership service departments get a bad reputation. Pickup and delivery service are not worth it to be treated this way. I would not put it past this dealership to 'create' issues with your vehicle. More

It may not be the largest or newest dealership, but there is something to be said when the sales staff is friendly and genuinely want to make the car leasing experience as pleasant as possible.
