Pros: My salesperson was David. He is a very personable guy. He was knowledgeable about the cars I looked at, and he and the other staff were professional and courteous throughout the sales experience. T guy. There were a few hiccups with delivery of my vehicle that were outside of Cowboy Toyota's control, and David went out of his way to make it right. Cons: Their initial quote on my vehicle was (hilariously) high, but we eventually met at what I felt was a fair price based on the research I did beforehand. There was a sprinkling of textbook car dealer pressure sales tactics. but compared to other places I've been it wasn't bad at all. Do your research before you go, but this is a very good place to buy a car in Dallas. It was relatively painless compared to dealers I have used in the past. I would certainly do business with them again. I would recommend David in particular. More

Overall great experience with very friendly staff. WIsh the paperwork portion had been a little faster, but not out of the ordinary compared to other dealerships. There was no hassle, no hidden agendas, no false numbers to deal with, Mr. Houston stated everything concerning the sale "upfront",... before a deal was agreed upon. He was kind, polite, and very honest, these are the qualities of selling a new, or used vehicle. 3) Friendliness showed by all of the staff that I dealt with, (Sales: Rodney Houston,... Patrick Ogbeide provided the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. He quickly dispelled every negative stereotype the public associates with auto sales. I had solicited quotes from Toyota dealerships throughout the D/FW area, but the high quality of customer service, financing expertise and sophisticated product knowledge he provided made Cowboy Toyota an easy and profitable choice for me. Patrick went far beyond the usual level of service to insure that every detail was handled to my satisfaction. It's the first time that purchasing a vehicle was actually a pleasure rather than a stressful experience (as it normally is). What a refreshing change! Also, Billy Goss took more than an hour to explain to me how to use and enjoy the features and benefits of my new vehicle. If only my high school math teacher had been as patient and as good a teacher as Billy, my SATmath scores would have been higher!
