Visiting Cheyenne We went to Cheyenne for a family function and started having issues with our 2015 Ram. Called on Friday and e explained that we had to leave on Sunday. They squeezed this in on Saturday morning and work with us to get a part from Colorado and get it installed by close of business on Saturday. Without their help we would have missed work. Excellent customer service. More
JUST DURING 2016 Took my older(but beautiful) Dodge Ram truck in for repair of $1800 parking lot body damage. Work was shoddy, interior screws not replaced, paint run Took my older(but beautiful) Dodge Ram truck in for repair of $1800 parking lot body damage. Work was shoddy, interior screws not replaced, paint runs, door doesn't fit correctly, etc. Then in August 2016 I took my 2016 Dodge Ram into Cowboys body shop for severe hail damage repair. It is now January 2017 and the work is not done even though I am constantly promised that my truck is next. In November 2016, I took my wife's 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with 7000 miles on it) into Cowboy Dodge for a simple oil change which they performed. By the time I got home, 8 miles, there was no oil left in the motor as the service man didn't put the new oil filter on correctly. And I had a large puddle of oil under the Jeep on my garage floor. Also be advised, if you buy an oil change service contract when you buy your new or used vehicle, they will not honor it or even pro-rate it if you upgrade to Mobil 1 or anything but their company oil. Awful body shop!! I hit a deer in my jeep and had it towed in to Cowboy Dodge thinking a dealer would do the best work. I was very wrong, not only did they have it five I hit a deer in my jeep and had it towed in to Cowboy Dodge thinking a dealer would do the best work. I was very wrong, not only did they have it five weeks the first time it was sent in but I was also lied to and the work done was terrible. After the first two weeks it was there I left several messages with several people and never received a call back once. I finally had to go in and make them bring someone out to talk to me. They hadn't done anything but let it sit in the parking lot. I had to call my insurance agent who had to call and argue with them about it. I had to make a drive to another state in a week and a half so they rushed through everything and left 10" runs in the paint and there were paint bubbles everywhere. The marker lights poked out of the grill almost a full inch. I had to have my husband help me pick it up after hours when they finally finished it and I had to take it back in the next day because so much was wrong with it. They agreed to take it back and redo it after I returned from my trip. I got it back covered in thick frost so I couldn't see the paint. The body shop manager said if I noticed anything to bring it back again. After I got it home and thawed out I saw they had more bubbles in the paint than they did before and it looks like they slammed and other cars door into mine and left huge gashes all down the door handle. This has to be the WORST place to have body work done. More
I would just like to take a moment and Thank Everyone in the Service Center for their Help and Understanding along with their Dedication to Customer Care, Service & Quality in getting our Mega-Cab repaired the Service Center for their Help and Understanding along with their Dedication to Customer Care, Service & Quality in getting our Mega-Cab repaired in nothing short of record time in my opinion and please believe me when I say that I have dealt with several dealers and service centers over the years. Last Friday afternoon; we had a catastrophic failure of the water pump which allowed the fan and clutch assembly to detach and take out almost everything around the front of the engine compartment. Richard Ortega and the technician where able to locate all of the parts needed, get them in and have the vehicle repaired and washed by noon Saturday so we could continue our short vacation with very little interruption...Again; I would like to THANK YOU very much for your professionalism and service and I will see that everyone I deal with knows it...Very Grateful, Tim & Nancy Rider More
I took my 2005 Dodge Magnum in for routine maintenance(Transmission Service). Being new to the area I figured the dealer would be the place to take it. The transmission shifted and worked fine maintenance(Transmission Service). Being new to the area I figured the dealer would be the place to take it. The transmission shifted and worked fine before I took it to them. When I got it back it was shuddering very badly and would hardly shift. I took it back to them and they kept it for two weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it. When I finally got it back it was fixed. When I asked them what was wrong with it they gave me a dirty look and just walked off. I will not use this dealer for service again. The guys in the parts department are awesome. I have nothing but good luck with them. John Spradlin in sales is awesome as well. More
Incompetent service department. RIPOFF ARTISTS. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. They either have no clue what their doing or they are trained to ripoff the consumer. TRUST THESE GUYS. They either have no clue what their doing or they are trained to ripoff the consumer. More
Wow! I have heard the stories not to go to Cowboy Dodge but they exceeded their bad reputation. My new 2010 Jeep Wrangler broke down in Cheyenne on July 2, 2011. I had just purchased the vehicle in March but they exceeded their bad reputation. My new 2010 Jeep Wrangler broke down in Cheyenne on July 2, 2011. I had just purchased the vehicle in March. I was able to drive vehicle to Cowboy Dodge and was told it needed a new engine. Vehicle was finally repaired 17 days later on July 19th. When I dropped vehicle off, it had 3,080 miles on it and a full tank of gas. When I picked it up, the vehicle had 3,174 miles on it and a little over a 1/2 tank of gas. Darwin (Service Manager) said he could not re-imburse me for the gas used as it was not part of the warranty. The vehicle had to be driven to make sure new engine was OK and had no leaks. I told him if this was part of the repair then gas should be covered or you need to get authorization from me to use my gas. He said he would contact his rep to see what he could do. Apparently it takes a long time to contact this rep because it was August 4th when he called and told me they would not pay for the gas. I went to dealership and talked to Carl Cochrane (Sales Manager) and he laughed and said there was nothing he could do. I then talked to the owner Dennis. Conversation took about 30 seconds as Dennis told me: You have caused nothing but problems here. You didn't buy the vehicle here so I see no reason to consider this. I'm not going to be intimidated by you. You can leave the vehicle if you would would like. Not sure what he meant by leaving the vehicle as I had already traded it in?? Everything worked out as Chrysler did re-imburse me for all my gas expense to drive back to Cheyenne to pick up the vehicle (I live 150 miles from Cheyenne). The Case Manager (Sheila) at Chrysler was great to work with. The dealership (Go Chrysler on Broadway in Littleton Colorado) was great to work with. I guess Cowboy Dodge only cares about the Chrysler name and product if you buy the vehicle there. I just hope your dealership got charged for the gas Dennis! More
