Factory recall The Service Dept. at Cowboy Dodge has completed all of the service and necessary repairs on my 2014 Charger since I purchased it. Cecil, Richard and the Service Staff have always been excellent to work with. This particular occasion was a factory recall of the front passenger airbag. As always this repair was completed with friendly service and in a timely manner. More

Consistent poor service 5 years Bought a brand new Ram 1500 - Limited edition, heated seats only work in summer. When vehicle gets below 40ish degrees the drivers seat doesn’t work. Bought a brand new Ram 1500 - Limited edition, heated seats only work in summer. When vehicle gets below 40ish degrees the drivers seat doesn’t work. I’ve taken my truck in 3 times and it’s something with electrical that they temporarily fix and it doesn’t work again. Very frustrating. This time they cannot fix it due to my warranty and mileage, and their response was unprofessional. They don’t go the extra inch to take care of customers after the sale. Some places after they change your oil will vacuum your vehicle, some even wash it. Not Cowboy Dodge. When my husband and I talked with them about our frustrations, they were content that we would not come back for future sales or service. More

Best Service Advisors I have used the service department at Cowboy Dodge for the past six years. Richard and Cecil have been fantastic and I really appreciate their concer I have used the service department at Cowboy Dodge for the past six years. Richard and Cecil have been fantastic and I really appreciate their concerns when I have my Jeep in for service and/or repairs. They have always been customer oriented and present themselves in a positive manner when describing the work which is being completed. Great service!! Th only downside is the price of an oil change continues to spiral upwards, which I am sure is true at all dealerships. More

Fair service I was told my vehicle was ready 2 hours before I picked it up. And it was parked some back obscure area and the paperwork wasn't ready.
