Excellent Service There was a hard to find noise coming from my Jeep engine compartment. The service department was able to troubleshoot and diagnosis the problem. Poor communication I delt with Richard Ortega 2 different times in the last 4 months on almost $8,000 in repairs to my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. Each time was a bad e I delt with Richard Ortega 2 different times in the last 4 months on almost $8,000 in repairs to my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. Each time was a bad experience with Richard. He promises dates of completion over and over and never follows through nor does he communicate when a date is not going to be met. He always has an excuse when I call asking why it's not done. Usually blaming it on the tech being slow or calling in sick. He used the same excuses both times over and over failing to meet over 4 different promised dates for each repair. I will not be returning for service or to purchase anything from Cowboy Dodge and will openly share my bad experience with others. I really try to keep business local and our family only buys Dodge trucks and SUV's but I guess I will have to shop out of state for all of my service and purchasing needs. More

Too long for service I don’t know why it takes two weeks to get in for service this is too long. So if I buy a truck from you and something minor breaks, my vehicle is out I don’t know why it takes two weeks to get in for service this is too long. So if I buy a truck from you and something minor breaks, my vehicle is out of service for two weeks. What about schedule maintenance, does this take two weeks. The personnel have always been nice and courteous. The wait time is unacceptable. More

2019 jeep Cherokee acting up Purchased a brand new 2019 Cherokee trail hawk, had an electrical malfunction spoke to Cecil in the service dept was able to drop off in the a.m. with Purchased a brand new 2019 Cherokee trail hawk, had an electrical malfunction spoke to Cecil in the service dept was able to drop off in the a.m. with no appointment. Service dept loomed it over found a bad ground ,repaired it and had back to me the same day. Carwash kinda sucked though. Overall great experience! More
