My review I would have to say that I was most disappointed in my service experience at Cowboy Dodge. It was the most difficult time to get scheduled in that I ever have. Then my check engine light illuminated. I went to an auto parts store to see what code was showing. It was P00AF. Richard in service couldn't tell me if I should keep driving it or tow it in? I was in a remote location with no guidance on what to do. I make a living with my vehicle and really don't appreciate being held in limbo about it. More

Oil change and warranty. Planned to have it in the shop one or maybe two days. Did not have parts on hand and one service tech missed work. Got vehicle back a week later. About time It's nice to see the positive changes in this dealership. The service shop was very quick about getting my car in and out of there. When it was owned by the previous owner it was a dump. The car that my spouse and I bought almost 3 years ago is a dodge journey. I felt like the salesmen that were there at that time pressured my spouse into buying a vehicle. I am upside on it right now and I cant finance anything else for a cheaper payment. I hope my next experience buying a vehicle from there is much better. More
