recall on drive shaft I was supposed to have an appointment on Aug 2nd to replace my drive shaft and I received a call on Aug 1st saying it wasn't in. They told me they can I was supposed to have an appointment on Aug 2nd to replace my drive shaft and I received a call on Aug 1st saying it wasn't in. They told me they can only order 1 per week. They rescheduled it for Aug 6th after they verified it was in their shop. I ordered this in mid July so I believe someone else got mine and I had to wait longer. That put a hold on other things we had planned with others to do. More

Not very good I took my Dodge Ram here, because the Electronic throttle control light and check engine light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode. Took the I took my Dodge Ram here, because the Electronic throttle control light and check engine light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode. Took them a day to troubleshoot the problem and order a throttle body for the vehicle. Had me take the vehicle home to wait for the part to come in and took two weeks to get the vehicle back in the shop to have the part installed. Took less than a day to install the part and pick up the vehicle. The troubleshooting, parts and labor were around $500 and I had to bring the truck back for the same problem before going 10 miles down the road. I was told that they have to find time to look at the truck again and it is still sitting with them for the exact same thing that I brought it in for to start with. More
