Alignment Needed a front end alignment. Job was done satisfactorily although Dodge needs to come up with a better fix for jamb nuts coming loose than welding t Needed a front end alignment. The service was very bad Truck was in shop for over one month for a bad cylinder gasket. The issue was not diagnosed correctly to begin with then they forced us to pay $110+ Truck was in shop for over one month for a bad cylinder gasket. Nothing was wrong with them but they said let them replace or if it overheats again it will not be covered. I have never left Cowboy Dodge and not felt like i had been lied to or cheated. More

I did not expect it to take that long for an oil change. The guy that took my order seemed like I was an inconvenience to him by asking for an oil change. He had better things to do.
