They did great on setting up an appointment for putting in a new radio and a driver's door window controller . After being quoted a price for oil change and tire rotation I was frustrated to learn there were hidden charges on top of that. I asked the service writer to explain what misc charges were and he said rotation I was frustrated to learn there were hidden charges on top of that. I asked the service writer to explain what misc charges were and he said it was to top off other fluids such as wiper fluid coolant etc. I checked the wiper fluid afterwards just to find out they just added water. I know this due to my history of being a mechanic. The fluid was a clear color with very light blue tint. Also I sat there for over an hour and a half when I had a scheduled appointment. I could have done both services in my driveway in 30 minutes without a lift or air tools. My time is precious and the service department took a lot of my time. So price and time at this dealership are very shady. More
