When this service was reported to CarFax it indicated that an oil and filter change was performed. The vehicle was in for warranty repair of the navigation system and hood adjustment. A new radio was o that an oil and filter change was performed. The vehicle was in for warranty repair of the navigation system and hood adjustment. A new radio was ordered and the hood was adjusted - no other services were performed. An oil and filter change was not done or requested. This would be a five star rating if the reporting to CarFax was accurate. More
