The good: they now wash the vehicle after a service, which is hugely appreciated. The not great: our jeep has only ever been serviced at cowboy dodge, their mechanics have been the only ones to touc which is hugely appreciated. This service they stripped out the drain plug, and rather than just fix their mistake, they charged $20 for the drain plug. They wanted to charge $30 to install wiper blades. Autozone will install them free when you buy them, and you can get better wipers there as well. The constant upsell is really frustrating. More

We worked with Dru to buy our 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. Dru was friendly, professional, and helpful. He wasn't overly pushy and gave us time to make our decision. In fact, we had worked with him months prior t was friendly, professional, and helpful. He wasn't overly pushy and gave us time to make our decision. In fact, we had worked with him months prior to look at a few options and decided to wait. We ended up back a few months later to make a purchase. We got a great deal on the truck we bought. The truck has been amazing and we love it. It did have some alignment issues that took some time to resolve but the service department worked hard to get it fixed. We were given a loaner car (a lifesaver for us) and assured everything would be fixed properly. When we had a less than stellar experience with one of their mechanics they were quick to acknowledge it and make it right -- which is a big deal in my book. I had always heard mixed reviews on Cowboy Dodge Dealership, but after my buying experience I would give them 4 stars and Dru you are for sure a 5 out of 5 in our book for sales.
