My wife and I were on a vacation from Ohio in our Promaster camper van when our transmission started making ominous sounds in western Nebraska. We arranged a rental car to continue our vacation to Yellowstone. Richard and his team got our vehicle diagnosed and parts ordered very quickly. He stayed in contact with us via text and email to keep us up to date on their progress. Over the next four days while we were at Yellowstone, Cowboy Dodge service techs got our rig repaired and ready for us to pick up on our way home. This team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out of a bad situation. The vehicle drove great on the way home (1300 miles). Richard even called after our first travel day home to make sure the vehicle was behaving normally. Our experience at Cowboy Dodge was exceptional! From the courtesy car driver that took us to pick up our rental car, to Josh at the reception area, and especially to Richard and the technician that repaired our vehicle we are eternally grateful. We recommend the service department at this dealership highly. More

Drove cars twice. Both times the salesman had to put gas in the car. Even when he knew days in advance that I was coming, the car was not ready: not washed, not vacuum Both times the salesman had to put gas in the car. Jonathan Njos was great to work with. I told him what I was interested in over the phone, had it ready when we got there and helped me along every step of the process. The only reason this is not a 5 star is when I took my ram in to get an oil change the service department wouldn't give me my FREE oil change or rotate the tires when I specifically paid for the extended warranty. I had to get management involved to resolve the issue. More
