Service department was fine. Mark was very helpful and showed me the problem with my wheel and got a new one on order for me. My beef is with the sales department. I am a car guy, and I know I never hit showed me the problem with my wheel and got a new one on order for me. My beef is with the sales department. I am a car guy, and I know I never hit anything to bend that wheel. I honestly believe it was bent when I bought the car new. The wheel is bent on the inside. Mark took me up front to see if sales could help me out. First we ran into my salesman Denny, he said he was just a salesman and walked off, kisses my xxx every time I walk in there looking for a Ram or Wrangler, well he is a xxxxxxxxx!! Then Mark took me to the next guy who sits in the pit. His comment, you inspected the car before you bought it right, wheel was bent on the inside, sure as xxxx didn't crawl under the car to inspect that. I never hit a curb or a pothole. Bought the car new, has 3000 miles on it, haven't even hit a dog turd!!!! I'll buy my wheel there but that will be the last thing I buy there and I am looking to buy a new Wrangler. That will be bought at Johnson in Laramie or Brighton or maybe Jeep in Fort Collins!! I will not recommend Cowboy Dodge to anyone and that 350 dollar wheel will cost you 100 times that in lost sales to me and my friends, co-workers, and people asking where they should buy their Chrysler product!! I think you have new ownership but are the same deadbeat Cowboy Dodge. More
