We purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk from Cowboy Jeep on 4/8/2021. Car shopping and then making the deal is NOT my favorite thing to do, but the folks at Cowboy, particularly Dru Johnson, mad Cowboy Jeep on 4/8/2021. Transmission module failed on my trip. Cowboy provided a loaner car and repaired the transmission module under warranty. They recommended replacing the filters too since they were due soon and they were alr loaner car and repaired the transmission module under warranty. I was greeted with urgency and respect from Stacey, without being pressured or pushed. When I explained what I was looking for, Stacey directed me to the right area on the lot, got my son involved and without being pressured or pushed.
