This dealership is ridiculous. I was ready to purchase a used 4 runner and was informed the deal was solid vafter mechanical repairs. Still waiting for the recall software for the clutch problem. Other than that the service people used proper precautions inside the interior for COVID protection. I purchased a service contract that was not the JEEP WAVE policy and was told that is only good for a new Jeep purchase. If that is true, why do I get renewal notices from Mopar wanting me to renew it? More
