Still waiting for the recall software for the clutch problem. Other than that the service people used proper precautions inside the interior for COVID protection. The service staff are friendly and pro problem. Other than that the service people used proper precautions inside the interior for COVID protection. The service staff are friendly and professional. We bought out Jeep there and will continue to use them for service. My wife thinks I should give you a no star rating because it has taken too long to complete the recall. I purchased a service contract that was not the JEEP WAVE policy and was told that is only good for a new Jeep purchase. If that is true, why do I get renewal notices from Mopar wanting me to renew it? More
This dealership is ridiculous. I was ready to purchase a used 4 runner and was informed the deal was solid vafter mechanical repairs. I was shuffled between 3 different salesmen and after 2 weeks of phone used 4 runner and was informed the deal was solid vafter mechanical repairs. Lexi was extremely helpful even before I stepped foot in the dealership. I appreciate he communicating and prompt responses to all my questions. Thank you the dealership. I appreciate he communicating and prompt responses to all my questions. Thank you More
Buyer beware!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! This was our first and last experience with Cowboy Dodge/Dealing Doug. The salesman, Danny, was nice enough during our test drive but it basically went do our first and last experience with Cowboy Dodge/Dealing Doug. The salesman, Danny, was nice enough during our test drive but it basically went downhill from there. Once we said yes the speed of service slowed down considerably. It took HOURS to complete the purchase/financing process. Once that was all done we still had to wait a good 20 minutes for them to fuel up the vehicle--why not do this during the time it took to do the financing paper work--in the grand scheme of things its not a huge deal, just hadn't ever taken so long to buy a vehcile before. We felt less important as a customer once they knew they had us on the hook. Fast forward a month or so, I went to put license plates on the vehicle and noticed a charge for an extended warranty (which we had declined). When Michael explained the financing, we understood we had delined the overpriced warranties and gap coverage so we were a little taken aback. Turns out the amount he listed out on the paperwork was the payment cost plus the amount of the service plan, which we feel is very misleading. if its "optional" why are we required to circle one option and sign? I called and spoke with David Hensley hoping to get my money back or at least an explanation--I was disappointed to say the least! He was rude, condescending and downright disrespectful. When I told him we declined extended coverage he not only questioned me (and my husband), he wasn't very forth coming with any help besides "getting with his staff" which would take a couple of days-- probably to get their story straight. In not so many words he went on to say it was our fault for not reading the contract. My husband called twice before my conversation with David and now it's been a week since I called and we still haven't recieved a call back. Way to live up to the sleazy salesman stereotype! Lesson learned, we will never be back. Anyone who has lived in Cheyenne for an extended period of time knows the reputation of Cowboy Dodge, adding the dealing Doug name is just putting lipstick on a pig. More
Cowboy Dodge spent several days troubleshooting a multiple-sensor issue on my 2004 Rubi. They kept me in the loop and were friendly and professional the whole time. multiple-sensor issue on my 2004 Rubi. They kept me in the loop and were friendly and professional the whole time. More

Wow! Things have changed. The service was the BEST I’ve seen in 2 years. I’m definitely coming back. I went elsewhere to have my truck serviced because of the lack of good customer service and work. We purchased our Jeep with the help of Lexi, she was wonderful and did an amazing job! Unfortunately we had to bring our new 2021 Jeep back due to a scratch and dents on the hood, Lexi set everything up wonderful and did an amazing job! Unfortunately we had to bring our new 2021 Jeep back due to a scratch and dents on the hood, Lexi set everything up to meet with us and showed genuine concern. David Hensley (sales manager) on the other hand lacks customer service skills being he continously hinted at not taking responsibility for the damage with his condescending remarks, because of the way we were treated by him, our overall rating went down.
